RPM was formed to provide professional expertise in technical and management services for the construction and property development industry. We provide our Clients with Leaders that possess vast international and local experience that can drive our Clients' projects to the most successful outcome. Our consultancy services range from micro advisory roles to full-fledged project management teams with integrated site staff.

A standard building project can be broken down into the following phases:
Pre-Concept and/or Feasibility
Concept Design
Schematic Design
Detailed Design
Construction Documents
Construction Phase
Testing & Commissioning
Building Completion and Handover to Client and/or Owners
Close-out of Construction Contracts

RPM can provide consultation and management services in any of these phases. Our Preference is to be involved as direct as possible at concept of pre-concept stage, but we can add value when introduced at any stage of the development. We provide a unitized systematic procedure in managing a project, combined with consistent and persistent value engineering applications on all stages. The critical value comes from the Leaders we provide with vast global experience and local knowledge and sensitivity. These are the people that RPM cultivates, who will drive your projects relentlessly and provide you with expertise at the tip of your fingers. This way our Clients are always able to make informed decisions.

With the RPM approach in project management, Clients are no longer relying on design consultants to lead or manage a project. RPM assumes this role and manages the project every step of the way. We will actively drive and manage all design consultants, contractors and even Clients if needed, because ultimately the goal is for all parties involved to succeed. When the whole team succeeds, the project will be successful. And if the project is successful, then RPM succeeds.
