Furthermore, labor law, bankruptcy and execution law are of Firm's field of practice, in connection with the consulting services provided by Firm to the domestic and international companies. The Firm carries out the procedure obtaining work permit, residence permit and acquisition of Turkish citizenship of employees of the foreign companies receiving consulting services from the Firm.

Energy law has a unique significance for Kılınç Law & Consulting. Specialized in pursuing the application process before public authorities such as Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources and EMRA (EPDK) and finalize thereof, preparing the general agreements and the agreements regarding the project finance in this area and carrying out the negotiations thereof in the field of energy law.

The Firm's services in international area consulting the foreign companies in their investments in Turkey, contract negotiations, completing the agreements and taking necessary legal actions regarding the conflicts that may arise.
