تم تأسيس صاب اكسبريس عام 1996م وكانت الوكيل لشركة تي ان تي في المملكة منذ ذلك الوقت، وبعد استحواذ شركة فيديكس على شركة تي ان تي عالمياً أصبحت شركة صاب اكسبريس بالإضافة لشركة تي ان تي الوكيل لشركتي فيديكس اكسبريس وفيديكس لوجستيك في المملكة العربية السعودية.
