About

Pro Inspection Ltd. was incorporated in 1986 by founder Barry Steffen. He had a dream of providing professional top of the line pipe inspection & coating services to environmentally sensitive projects in the Oil & Gas Industry.
In 1993 Pro expanded its services to include steel line pipe manufacturing inspection. Building a reputation that began to speak for itself, surveilling and auditing manufacturing facilities. Handling In-shop and field coating inspection of piping, component structures, tubular inventory condition and more.
Pro is who you call to inspect your material to ensure it is made to your specifications. Providing qualified and trained technical inspectors for projects of all sizes.
In 2016 Pro Inspection's services and expertise were demanded in the American market. Pro Inspections new President James Milner is directing Pro TPI Inc. Using the same great inspectors and trusted contractors, expanding Pro into the United States of America.
In 2018 Pro Inspection aquired Optic QA to add a mechanical inspection arm to the services provided. Optic QA strives to ensure that our clients receive quality products and services. We also work to ensure that these products and services are completed within the purchase order requirements.
Optic QA is committed to providing these services and keeping our clients informed through telephone calls or email when we find issues and concerns that may resut in delays or commercial ipacts. Optic will follow up with precise reports in a timely manner. We have all your shop mechanical and electrical inspection needs covered.
