Saudi Bitumen Industries Co. Ltd. (SABIT) is one of the leading manufacturers of Bituminous Waterproofing Products in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is based in the manufacture of all types of waterproofing membranes, Oxidized Bitumen, Polymer Modified Bitumen, Emulsions , and different kinds and grades of bituminous products and recently started production of Thermal Insulation Boards "InsuTherm"​ from extruded polystyrene (XPS).

SABIT is founded in 1994 in Riyadh with a 100% Saudi capital. It is located in the second industrial city in Riyadh, phase3. Sabit's plant has been fitted with the latest machineries and equipments, and all the factory equipments are manufactured by most specializing European companies according to modern technology.

The company has 150 employees with extensive experience and high efficiency.

In addition SABIT has developed a laboratory with the latest equipments operated by a staff of specialized competencies to test the products and ensure that they are of high quality and comply with the international standards such as European (UEAEC), (EN), American ASTM, British BSS, and German DIN; in addition to French AFNOR.

SABIT's products have acquired an outstanding reputation in the Saudi markets, GCC countries, and the region. Among most distinct aspects of Sabit's products is that the raw materials used in the manufacturing are imported from supreme international suppliers according to international standards requirements.

SABIT seeks diversifying its products and guarantee the high quality as a basic factor to carry out any work in the factory. All employees are responsible for the quality of their daily works. This is achieved through the application of the quality department system designed to ensure the fulfillment of all requirements of ISO 9001 – 2008

The company provides its products for major projects in Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries, whereas its products are certified by related authorities and ministries to contribute to the construction projects and urban rising in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Arabian Gulf.
