Caring Minds is an Institute of Mental Health (OPD Mental Health Clinic), the first of its kind in Kolkata, where our mental health professionals provide their expert services to issues both clinical and non clinical at our center, which sprawls over an area of 4000 square feet.

Mental health is a balance in all aspects of life. It is not the mere absence of disease, but a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being in which every individual realizes his or her own potential, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to her or his community.

The vision behind our institution is to introduce to our community, a one-stop solution for all problems related to psychological well-being. Our team of specialists are trained to cater to our clients every requirement.

We at Caring Minds offer our patients varied services from psychometric assessment, detailed diagnosis, psycho-education for the client, caregiver and community along with tailor-made workshops. We offer psychotherapy, counseling and treatment along with psychosocial rehabilitation and follow-up services, all under one roof.
