WORLDCLASS CANCER CENTRE TREATMENT AND RESEARCH FACILITY
The people of Kerala are known for their will power to stand up to any challenge with a firmness of mind and spirit. Even if that challenge is posed by the dreaded Cancer. MVR Cancer Centre & Research Institute is the unwavering symbol of Kerala's resolve against Cancer. This modern facility, championed by 'Care Foundation', an initiative of Calicut City Service Co-operative Bank, is also a defining statement that 'Cancer is NOT the end game'.
The foundation stone for the Cancer Centre was laid down by the Honorable former CM, Shri. Oomen Chandy on November 13th, 2015. 90% of the construction completed in just 1 year is a testimony of the resolve to make this a reality. On January 13th, 2017, this Worldclass Cancer Care Institution will be inaugurated by Shri. Pinarayi Vijayan, the Honorable CM of Kerala.
MVR Cancer Centre & Research Institute stands toe to toe with the advancements in cancer treatment achieved by the Western World. This, along with the exalted environment provided at the facility, in tune with nature and its magnificence, makes Cancer treatment a lot more compassionate and less demanding of the body and soul. The mission of this facility is to provide Worldclass Cancer treatment and care at 30% lesser costs for the poorer sections of the society.
