1846.It was another time, It was another world.Life was slow paced,languid...but murmurings of change were heard from politics to the pantry.
Elaborated spreads at the mealtimes have been chronicled time & again in personal correspondence,literature,poetry...&behind most delectable dishes were fresh home ground spices.Our founder father,Krishna Chandra Dutta, perceived the immense potential of quality spices as a serious business venture.And so began a journey that has & still is,carving new paths to success.
Research,development & innovation have been the hallmarks of Cookme ,since inception.What started as fresh,quality whole spices was packaged as powder spices in due time by Krishna Chandra Dutta's worthy successor , Judhisthir Dutta.A step that took the hassles out of cooking,yet which retained the flavours,freshness & aromas.Then the oil based Curry Pastes were introduced.Raw vegetables ,fish or poultry were all that was required.
Cookme Curry Pastes did the rest.Today the itinerary consist of Mixed Masalas as well.With Cookme in your kitchen,mealtime will forever be party time!!
