Actomate is a leading actuarial firm in Asia since 2015. It is a brand name that represents a group of companies comprising of Nicholas Actuarial Solutions Sdn Bhd, Two Actuarial Solutions Pte Ltd, PT Tiga Solusi Pilihan and Cambodian Actuarial Solutions Co., Ltd.

Actomate is a technology-focused actuarial firm founded in 2015. We are the first and only actuarial firm awarded MD Digital Malaysia status by the Malaysian Government, a mark of world-class service and achievement. In 2019 we were awarded Top Actuarial Firm in Asia by Asia Captive Review and in 2020 we received Quality Assurance Scheme accreditation from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (UK). In 2023, we won the SME100 Awards from Small and Medium Enterprises Association of Malaysia (SAMENTA). Actomate is a diverse, equitable and inclusive (DEI) workplace. We have also made climate commitments as a signatory to the Malaysian Digital Climate Action Pledge.

Our client segments include life insurance companies, general insurance companies, captive insurance companies, employers offering long term employee benefits as well as other companies including multinational enterprises, local small and medium enterprises, government bodies as well as non-government and non-profit organisations. We provide consulting, outsourcing, resourcing, training and technology solutions. Our subsidiaries in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Cambodia serves our client across Asia and beyond. ​
