We are an omni-channel multi-brand Cloud kitchen start-up, operational since September 2019 and headquartered out of Ahmedabad. We have the vision to minimize the delta between fine-dine and home-delivery experience for the customer and make great food accessible to all.
Currently, we have eight live brands under the Bigspoon umbrella - Mehfil Biryani by Zakir Khan, East Pizza Co., Makhni Brothers, Meals101, Oven & Grill , Thali Central, The Wrap Co., and Monkey Fries and have a presence in 35 cities across 16 states with over 80 kitchens.
Founded by INSEAD and WGSHA alumni with leadership experience at Uber, GoJek, and ITC, we are on a mission to create the finest cloud kitchen start-up in Asia at scale..
