About
Nanoacademic Technologies develops and commercialize licenses of advanced atomistic simulation tools to predict the properties of next generation materials and electronic devices. Our set of DFT-based software is being used around the world by Universities, Government labs and private R&D companies to reduce development costs and time-to-market.
We have also developed an innovative and unique spin-qubit modeling tool to simulate the envelope functions of elementary particles in semiconductors, in the design of your choice and study its quantum properties to design the components of future quantum computers. QTCAD® calculates the envelope functions and energy levels of electrons or holes confined in nanostructures within k.p theory by using non-linear Poisson, Schrödinger, and many-body solvers.
It is now released and commercially available for academic and corporate users.
Our customers' fields of research are semiconductors, nanomaterials and devices, battery technologies, solar cells, metals, topological materials, quantum computing and telecommunication among plenty of other innovative materials science and applicative domains.
