The Turkish Competition Authority (TCA) is an independent law enforcement agency that is dedicated to promote and protect competition in markets for the benefit of consumers, businesses and the economy as a whole.
TCA's mission is to detect and prevent anti-competitive business practices, control mergers and acquisitions restricting competition, and advocate for competition policy regarding activities of government agencies affecting competition and markets.
