Greenferd Construction has been successfully completing first-class office renovations since 1994. During that time we have had the opportunity to partner with many of the world's leading companies to help them get the most out of one of their most important assets: their office environment.

We provide complete construction management and general contracting services to an ever-expanding list of top-tier companies. We specialize in commercial interior projects in the Greater Toronto Area and we are fortunate to have completed projects in most of the major towers in the city for most of the major landlords. Recently, due to demand from several of our long-time clients, we have added to our geographic coverage and have completed projects in Calgary and Winnipeg and are able to provide our exceptional service in most major markets across the country

On average our project managers and site managers have been honing their skills on complex projects for over 25 years. They bring a lot of "lessons learned" and insight to each project and can overcome whatever obstacles they may be faced with. In addition, we have spent 25 years building relationships with the best trades in the city. These trades want to work with us, they know our team will make their work more efficient on site and we treat them as true partners in our business. Our track record of success is unbeatable.
