**The Company is seeking an extension of its commitments/obligations on the Loma Ranqueles and the Totoral, Yerba Buena and Bajada Colorada blocks, and is working towards a modification of its commitments on the Huacalera Block. The Company is awaiting the award of an Exploitation Concession on the Vaca Mahuida block.
