BUMA, the principal subsidiary of PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk, is a leading force in the coal mining industry with operations spanning Indonesia, Australia, and the USA. Since our inception in 1998, we have provided a comprehensive suite of coal mining services to some of Indonesia's largest coal producers. Our expertise covers every stage of production, from overburden removal and coal extraction to hauling, reclamation, and rehabilitation. We are proud to partner with industry leaders such as Indonesia Pratama, Berau Coal, Adaro Indonesia, GEO Energy, Resource Alam Indonesia, and Persada Kapuas Prima.
 
With a dedicated workforce of approximately 15.000 employees and a fleet of over 2.600 heavy equipment units, BUMA is one of Indonesia's largest mining contractors by coal volume. Our strong reputation, consistent performance, and proven track record have enabled us to build long-term relationships with high-quality clients and attract new business opportunities.
 
Our leadership extends beyond Indonesia. Through BUMA Australia Pty Ltd, we have expanded into Australia, and in June 2024, via BUMA International, we further strengthened our global presence by acquiring Atlantic Carbon Group, Inc. (ACG). This acquisition has positioned us as the leading producer of Ultra-High-Grade anthracite coal in the USA, marking a significant milestone in our journey to becoming a key global player in the mining industry.
