About

MM Spa nasce nel 1955 come Metropolitana Milanese, società di ingegneria interamente di proprietà del Comune di Milano con l'intento di progettare le linee della Metropolitana della città.
A partire dal 2003, il Comune di Milano affida a MM la gestione del Servizio Idrico Integrato della città, che serve circa 2 milioni di persone in un territorio di circa 180 km².
Dal 2014 collabora con il Comune di Milano nella gestione dell'Edilizia Residenziale Pubblica.
Nel 2018 inaugura la Centrale dell'Acqua di Milano, il Museo di Impresa dedicato ai temi dell'acqua.
Dal 2020 segue le attività di interventi di manutenzione ordinaria, periodica, programmata e pronto intervento del patrimonio comunale di edilizia scolastica, degli impianti di sollevamento a servizio dei sottopassi stradali e degli impianti sportivi di proprietà del Comune.
Dal 2022 l'azienda ha dato avvio alle operazioni di cura e manutenzione diretta del verde di pertinenza del patrimonio ERP del Comune. http://www.mmspa.eu
