Established in 1945, Matexi has transformed itself over time from a land parceller, to a residential house builder, and into a neighbourhood developer with a keen focus on sustainable, mixed-use, urban regeneration projects. Matexi is a privately held company with a strong equity basis and longstanding, stable shareholdership.

Today, more than 350 highly qualified and driven professionals manage the acquisition, development, construction and sales of 500+ projects, realizing a turn over of more than €400 million a year.
