Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIM Bhubaneswar) is globally recognized as an institute for management education located in the capital city of Odisha. Founded in 1987, the institute has successfully carved out professionals, integrating the vision and values of excellence, compassion, commitment, and consciously developing sensitivity towards society. Since the passing of the Xavier University Act in June 2013 by the Government of Odisha, XIM has established itself as a crucial intellect resource of Xavier University, Bhubaneswar.

Globally, the institute is represented by an 8000+ strong alumni network, from the various programs being offered for over three decades. Currently, XIM Bhubaneswar offers an MBA degree through a 2-year full-time Master's Programme in Business Management (MBA-BM) and 1-year full-time Master's Programme in Business Management for working executives (EMBA-BM). The institute also offers a strong HR programme through its School Of Human Resource Management (SHRM) which offers an MBA degree through a 2-year full-time Master's Programme in Human Resource Management (MBA-HRM). Apart from these, a host of other programmes are provided under the XIM University banner. The institute has been continuously ranked as one of the top management colleges in India by various sources.
