Founded in 1934, by two gentlemen to whom integrity was paramount, Mr. CR Sharp and Mr. BR Tannan, the partnership began with a view to upholding the values of reliability and trustworthiness. A collaboration of wide domain knowledge and professional acumen that has arched into a full-service, Assurance, Consulting, GRC & Taxation

Today, Sharp & Tannan is one of the oldest Chartered Accountant firms in India. And the principles of fair and responsible behaviour that our founders adopted, have helped us stay independent all these years.

Sharp & Tannan has now expanded to 10 offices, with 400+ employees, 19+ Partners and Equivalents and a cross-border reach. It consults for some of the biggest names in Indian business. And has a combined pool of 475 man-years of professional experience with a deep knowledge of the local context, and multi-disciplinary understanding.
