We are the creators of El Catrin Destileria, Cluny Bistro & Boulangerie, Pure Spirits Oyster House & Grill, Madrina Bar y Tapas, District Pizza and Distillery Events (the Loft and Archeo).

Our venues are located in the Distillery Historic District, one of Canada's most exciting art and shopping destinations and home to some of the top-ranked restaurants in the City of Toronto (ours!).

We credit our ongoing success and recognition to our exceptional team. The DRC is committed to providing all employees with the tools, trust and training they need to hone their skills, master their respective craft, and achieve their goals.
