Lippincott Jacobs Consulting Engineers (LJCE) offers soils and construction materials testing in our Cinnaminson, New Jersey lab, accredited by AASHTO and US Army Corp of Engineers, is a Certified SBE in the State of NJ, and is pre-qualified with the New Jersey DOT and New Jersey Turnpike Authority (NJTA).
