Boston Innovation Gateway - BIG is an international consulting hub focused on: business set-up and expansion; business acceleration; and business capability building. It was created through an innovation project started at Harvard University and enhanced by the IXL Center - a global management consulting firm.

Through its ecosystem of affiliated companies and partners, BIG connects investors with business opportunities and facilitates the internationalization of companies and professionals. It is a "one stop shop"​ which provides a "turn key"​ integrated solutions that cover all phases of the internationalization process.

Its business concept aims to create higher facility to its clients eliminating the need to coordinate with multiple outside specialists and having one pin point contact; higher convenience and agility by its presence in both client's markets - origin and target; higher effectiveness offering high qualified specialists with expertise in both markets; cost savings through customized solutions and increasing of clients potential through its global network of relations, access to international markets and sources of funding.
