As the oldest YMCA in the country, the YMCA of Greater Springfield has a long established tradition of improving lives in our community. Since 1852, thousands of people have walked through the doors of our Family Centers. In 14 cities and towns, our members and participants are impacted by our core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. Every day we are reminded that the work we do is not just a luxury it is a necessity.
