The firm was founded in 1998 and is headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas with an office in the St. Louis, Missouri region. A group of dedicated and talented professionals with diverse backgrounds make up the Shockey team. We have former government managers, urban planners, strategic planners, environmental scientists, public policy experts, and communications specialists.
