About
Schaaf & Wheeler is an "all water" California civil engineering firm that has focused on hydraulic and hydrology engineering as part of its water resources practice since incorporating in 1985. Firm engineers work throughout California on projects ranging from county by county FEMA flood insurance studies to public works infrastructure projects – water, sewer, storm drain design – at the local agency level. Floodplain modeling and projects that prevent flooding are a staple of the firm's practice. Team members have extensive experience with preliminary plans, construction documents, cost estimates, bidding support, and construction support activities.
