In the UK, the company's range of 100% organic teas and tisanes is available in retail and foodservice outlets including Selfridges, Debenhams and hotels such as The Grange, Strand Palace, and Wesley.

English Tea Shop is a pioneering company of sustainability best practices putting its employees and suppliers' livelihoods first using the principles of value sharing. ETS is committed to generate economic value in a way that it produces value for the society. In fact, English Tea Shop won the National Business Award for Sustainability at the National Business Awards, the UK's most esteemed nationwide business awards, which recognized English Tea Shop's mission to change the perception that Sustainability and growth don't mix.

ETS has its own manufacturing facility located in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Our 400-strong team there benefit from a wide range of initiatives.
