GPS is a consulting firm in Metro Detroit serving clients in both the private and public sector by navigating their journey toward Operational Excellence. We were founded by a pioneer in Six Sigma and have evolved to become a leader in operations productivity, supply chain optimization and business turnaround.

Our team of subject matter experts is comprised of engineers – chemical, industrial and mechanical – with masters and doctorate degrees but who also have business acumen to complement their technical skills and practical experience. Most importantly, GPS consultants have demonstrated their ability to engage people to get sustainable results.
