Madison was established in London in 1977 and is now the UK's leading distributor of branded cycle sport products. Madison is also established within the motocross market and expanding into the snowsports and running markets.

Madison also owns several accessory and clothing brands including Madison clothing, Hump Hi-Viz, Electron lights, Aztec brakes, M:Part essentials, Truflo pumps and Arcane BMX parts.

Madison created a sister company in 2013 called Sportline which distributes it's in house bicycle brands - Ridgeback, Genesis, Saracen, Adventure and Wishbone along with the 3rd party Belgian bike brand Ridley.

Grown Madison from a turnover of £28million at the end of 2005 to £142million at the end of 2014.
