Our service mecor is a telehealth programme for people with chronic heart failure, which is used within the framework of special integrated care programmes with health insurance funds. The optimised combination of monitoring of vital parameters and personal support of the patients reduces the mortality of the participants by half and helps to avoid hospitalisation.
We achieve these excellent results by combining advanced algorithms for analysing patient data with nurses who, based on automatic evaluations, provide personal and situational coaching to our participants.

hedy is our telemonitoring programme that enables cardiologists in private practice to expand their practice into a telemedicine centre (TMZ). The product consists of hedy Telemonitoring System (device set for performing telemonitoring of patients with heart failure in the home environment) and the TMZ Portal (system for secure transmission, storage and viewing of patient data for the cardiologist).
As a TMZ, doctors can monitor the data of heart failure patients from their own practice and from referring colleagues and react immediately in case of discrepancies. This innovative care has been possible in standard care since the beginning of 2022.
