Elof Hansson Properties is a real estate company in Gothenburg, building further on 120 years of tradition in seeking out and enhancing business opportunities. Elof Hansson Properties invest in, develops, owns and manages mostly commercial properties. We also invest in new projects.

Our business idea includes continued and sustainable development of our properties and additional acquisitions of commercial real estate. Therefore we continually search for investment potential of land and property to develop, either as sole investor or together with external partners. Not least in places where the Elof Hansson Group is active. Here the insight and knowledge of Elof Hansson Group as to local business practices, financing possibilities and juridical systems can be fully utilized.

One of our development projects is Masthuggskajen in Gothenburg. Together with other actors we are creating a new urban environment at Masthuggskajen featuring housing, offices and Global Business Gate – a future centre for international business. Global Business Gate, where we are one of the owners, will be a hub specifically designated for the international business community. The multitude of meeting-points and office facilities are all parts of at concept earmarked to accommodate the needs and demands of international trade and its supporting services. The grand opening of Global Business Gate is planned for 2025.
