Wir sind eine 100-prozentige Tochter von Brandenburgs Förderbank ILB. Als öffentliche Venture-Capital-Gesellschaft sorgen wir auf Basis eines stabilen Konzernumfelds für eine starke Eigenkapitalbasis von Startups sowie kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen im Land Brandenburg, damit diese sicher und nachhaltig wachsen können.

Dafür steht der Eigenkapitalfonds in Höhe von aktuell 100 Millionen Euro zur Verfügung. Die Fondsmittel für den im Auftrag des Ministeriums für Wirtschaft, Arbeit und Energie des Landes Brandenburg errichteten Frühphasen- und Wachstumsfonds werden aktuell aus Mitteln des Europäischen Fonds für Regionale Entwicklung (EFRE) und aus Eigenmitteln der ILB bereitgestellt.

We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Brandenburg's Förderbank ILB. As a public venture capital company with a stable corporate environment, we ensure a strong equity base for startups and small and medium-sized enterprises in Brandenburg so that they can grow safely and sustainably.

The Equity Fund, currently worth 100 million euros, is available for this purpose. The Equity Fund, which has been set up on behalf of the Brandenburg State Ministry for Economic Affairs, Labour and Energy, is currently financed with capital from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and ILB's own funds.
