Our business originates from Danish-based Hedeselskabet, which has more than 150 years of experience dealing with the challenges and possibilities that arise from increasing urbanization and climate change.

Today, we are fully owned by Cimbria Capital - a private equity investment firm based in Denmark, Houston, and Milwaukee conducting growth capital and early-stage buyout investments in the agriculture and water sectors in the Nordics and North America.
