AVT Industriteknik deliver a comprehensive spectrum of solutions from turn-key bespoke production lines to robot cells, work stations, fixtures and assembly jigs, leak detection machinery and equipment. We provide expert consulting for production engineering and processes. Building on a close collaboration with you our customer, we find the solution to your challenges.
AVT has a workshop, competens in mechanical & electrical design, robot programming, vision technology, HMI, assembly, test run and after delivery support. Combining these competenses results in complete partner for industrial automation.
The workshop with 7 NC machines and additional manual machines specialices in welding, milling and turning and manufacture of components for external customers as well as for internal automation projects.
The major strength is within development of advanced machine including many diffrent functionalities and complex production processes.
AVT is a complete supplier also supplying consultant services mainly to companies producing and developing products. We support in development phase with design, prototype buildning, fixturing and preparation for production. Industrializing and implementing new products in production is one of our core competences.
