Denholm Port Services Ltd is a subsidiary of Denholm Logistics Ltd, part of the J & J Denholm Group.

In 2004 the global group Barwil (WSS) acquired a 40% share in Denholm Shipping Service Ltd to create Denholm Wilhelmsen Ltd, thus providing comprehensive port and marine services in the UK and International marketplace. As of 19/11/18, Denholm Wilhelmsen Ltd changed names to become Denholm Port Services Ltd, to more clearly define the services offered to clients.

With a network of fully-manned offices covering every major UK port and worldwide coverage through Wilhelmsen, Denholm Port Services is able to offer its customers a full range of port and marine services.
