Established in 1985, Claasen Shipyards is one of the leading yards in the Dutch yachtbuilding industry. Its impressive fleet of yachts includes almost twenty Truly Classics and the yard is a key player in the current revival of the J Class.

Claasen Shipyards has an excellent location on the outskirts of Amsterdam, making it easily accessible to owners and their representatives. The yard is renowned for building some of the world's finest sailing yachts in partnership with top designers and naval architects, and works with many well known names in Holland's legendary marine equipment industry.

Much of the success of Claasen can be attributed to the way the yard combines traditional Dutch characteristics of craftsmanship and dedication to perfection with a constant willingness to incorporate new technologies. Over the past two and a half decades the Claasen workforce has earned itself a reputation for first class quality. This is hugely appreciated by the growing number of proud Claasen owners, each of whom has been able to incorporate their own tastes and preferences into their yacht.

Today, Claasen Shipyards builds premium yachts from 18 to 45 metres and is renowned for its flexibility, as well as quality. The fact that it has all the main disciplines in-house, including aluminium construction, interiors and painting, further complements the added value offered by this leading yachtbuilder.
