HAI® Horsens is a leader within surface treatment. We can deliver countless combinations of pre-treatments, surface treatments and finishing treatments. Anodizing is an effective treatment used when there are special requirements for aluminum's corrosion resistance and decorative appearance.
We can also offer professionally performed wet painting and technical special painting of almost all large and small aluminum parts, as part of our standard range. Our completely new and top professional wet painting facility is fully equipped with robot systems, paint booths, curing ovens, temperature control and extraction systems.
We are organized and certified according to international standards for quality, environment and energy. The certifications are the cornerstones of our daily work and in our relationships with each individual customer.
Our processes and tests comply with MIL, DIN, EN, ISO, BS, ASTM standards and specifications. In addition, we have a Qualanod license and we can deliver according to Qualanod architecture and hard anodizing.
