Schaudt Mikrosa was a leading manufacturer of cylindrical and nonround grinding machines for the global automotive and printing industry. The production of new machines was discontinued in 2020; In 2021, Schaudt Mikrosa GmbH merged with Blohm Jung GmbH, which already provided extensive service for the machines in the market since the discontinuation of the production of new machines. The exceptional strength of Blohm Jung is the combination of machine, automation, and process technology to create high volume production grinding systems.
Together with STUDER the brands SCHAUDT and MIKROSA form the technology group Cylindrical within the UNITED GRINDING Group.
