The renowned German businessman Max Grundig founded the clinic that bears his name in 1986 with a clear vision. He wanted to create a place for meaningful medicine, where doctors and nurses devote real time to their patients.

Providing an environment where patients and their family and friends are not confronted with the often disturbing atmosphere of a hospital was an integral part of his philosophy. He found the perfect location here at Bühlerhöhe.

Today, the Max Grundig Clinic remains committed to the philosophy of its founder. We want to be an exceptional clinic. This standard applies to our medical services as well as the other departments, accommodation, our restaurant and the entire clinic grounds.

The clinic now has three main branches: The division for Internal Medicine with a broad spectrum of specialized divisions and excellent staff, a Check-up Centre and the division for Psychological Medicine.
