Assens Shipyard A/S is an efficient service partner that meet the demands and expectations of our customers for service and maintenance of their vessels.
We hold the capability of producing new buildings. Undertake conversions, renovations service and maintenance of all kind of vessels. The dockyard located in Assens on the west coast of the island Fyn in the middle of Denmark.

Due too many years of experience in the Ship repair business, our Yard offers all kinds of service, maintenance, conversions and inspections. In other words - we provide all the services required to perform quality Dry Docking and Along Site Jobs.
The depth of waters permit the passage of vessels with a draft of up 7.5 meters which gives access to large Quayside areas and two Floating Docks, of which one of them is fully covered.

Dock l:
• Capacity: 2000 tons.
• Width: 17.5 meters.
• Length: 100 meters.

Dock ll (fully covered):
• Capacity: 1200 tons.
• Width: 13.5 meters.
• Length: 80 meters.

Quayside areas:
• Total quay length: 600 meters.
• Longest Pier: 145 meters.

Fully equipped Workshops:
• Steelworks/ shipbuilders
• Piping.
• Engine / Mechanical.
• Metal Processing.
• Rudder & Propeller.
• Painting.
• Carpentry.


Assens Shipyard have attached great importance, optimizing the logistics:
• Stationary Crane covers most of the areas, including the docks, quaysides, stock, and workshops. The crane singlehanded operated.
• Docks, Quays, Workshops, Warehouses, Superintendents Quarters, Operations Management etc. are all centrally located, therefore the distance is less than 3 minutes' walk for all facilities.
• Our Operations Management & Managers operate in direct line to our staff. This also in order to optimize workflow in our daily business.
