Oyster Bay Funds focuses on start-ups along the food value chain from field to consumer goods to recycling and waste.  
 
The food industry is responsible for around a third of greenhouse gases - while also being the first sector to feel the effects of climate change. Harvests are deteriorating, soils are depleting and supply chains are breaking down.
