Our mission is to empower customers in a digital world and enable their success. We translate vision into strategy, business models and projects. We exercise control over these projects and/or take full project responsibility whilst providing a range of funding options to help carry risks and create opportunities for our customers. It is our belief that knowledge and lean multidisciplinary teams are key to tackling complex business cases. We work in co-creation with our customers, business partners and community. Mabs4.0's 10 top colleagues have a combined experience of over 250 years in solving business optimization cases.

The four main pillars of business solutions for today and tomorrow are: Technology (inter alia, information technology, communication technology, IoT, robotics, home automation), information (inter alia big data, pattern recognition algorithms, AI), Social Media and Apps. There is no scarcity, but an abundance of digital information and IT capabilities that lay the foundation for exponential growth.

Today is primarily about business. Risk-taking and experimenting are becoming increasingly important, this results in agile planning strategy and agile innovation: Business Strategy & Transition Planning, Enterprise (Architecture) Engineering and Enterprise Governance. Currently, Mabs4.0 is working for over 20 customers/companies and is engaged in the execution of more than 30 (fixed price) projects. These projects relate to: strategy & boardroom consultancy (acquisitions), business strategy & information planning (business growth, continuity & transition), online marketing strategy ("the digital company"), big data (data visualization) and delivery-in-control (productivity & quality audits).
