Since our founding in 2010, IGS has grown from a small private cram school into a people analytics company (HR tech x EdTech) with over 600 clients and 450,000 users in Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia, Myanmar, Philippines, and the UAE. Using bias-free AI technology, IGS builds a psychometric and 360-degree behavioral feedback profile on organizations in order to identify, recruit and develop human capital.
