NERIUM Conseil audits and negotiates on behalf of its clients leases of their business premises, offices and business premises directly to their lessors.

With our innovative and operational approach to real estate, we assist our tenant clients in negotiating and managing the components of their leases: rents and works, by mapping the optimizations.

We act in full independence for the sole account of our user customers and are exclusively paid by them.
