About

Solihull is the leading 3-18 independent co-educational day school in the Midlands. Located across two campuses, the Preparatory School on the Saint Martin's campus and Senior School on the Warwick Road campus, Solihull educates 1,500 pupils, of whom around 450 are in the Prep School and 250 are in the Sixth Form.

Solihull aims to support both staff and pupils in being ambitious and maximising their potential, as well as providing breadth of opportunity. The school prepares pupils for adult life as happy, charitable, confident and intelligent people that understand the value of a strong moral compass and global perspective.

Solihull School employs 400 staff in both teaching and non-teaching roles. Teaching staff at Solihull School are hardworking and knowledgeable in their subject area, and inspire pupils to excel. There is an extensive and exciting programme of co-curricular activities, to which all staff are expected to contribute. We also employ staff in a number of non-teaching roles ranging from catering and administration to science technicians and technical support.
