About

For nearly 50 years, Local Government Economic Services Ltd. (Mashcal), a subsidiary of The Federation of Local Authorities in Israel, has been providing logistical and project management services to all local authorities: small towns, large cities and regional councils. We assist municipalities around the country – representing all of Israel's diverse populations – with all aspects of their operations, such as physical & digital infrastructure, education, transportation, sanitation, human resources, playgrounds and sports facilities, insurance and more.
Mashcal was founded out of a desire shared by Israeli municipalities to pool their combined resources, following a model which is unique worldwide. We are proud to offer all local governments our accumulated knowledge, experience, and professionalism to help them reach their goals quickly and at a high level of quality, and to turn their visions into realities that improve quality of life for all their residents.
Over the years, we managed tens of thousands of projects from A to Z: from inception to finishing touches; from preparing plans and budgets to issuing calls for bids, and all the way to projects' completion on the ground. We are deeply experienced with every element of municipal projects, their bureaucratic processes and common challenges. We guarantee comprehensive service packages that include outstanding managers and supervisors, budget control, legal consultations, full availability for questions after the project is completed and more.
