TT International is an alpha-driven specialist investment manager, with a long and successful history of investing for sophisticated institutional clients around the world, including leading sovereign wealth funds, public pension funds and superannuation funds.
Since 1988, TT's journey has seen us evolve from our macro hedge fund origins into a manager with cross-asset long-only and long/short capabilities spanning global markets.
Throughout this time, we have remained true to our hedge fund roots, implementing the principles of high alpha generation combined with state-of-the-art risk management capabilities across our alternative and long-only products. Having achieved strong risk-adjusted performance and asset growth in these products, we now manage $5.5bn (30/09/2024).
Just as our product range has evolved, so has our ownership structure. In 2020, TT was acquired by leading Japanese financial services organisation, Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group. This partnership provides a strong and stable parent, helping us to continue launching innovative products that meet the constantly changing needs of our clients, while enhancing our global distribution capabilities. Crucially, we retain the autonomy and incentive structures that allow us to attract world-class professionals across our entire business, from investment and risk management to back office, sales and client servicing.
