With an 11-acre water-front site is serviced by transport links including rail and the A8 trunk road, which leads to the M8 Motorway. Facilities include;

-Subsea/Offshore Fabrication Shed 1225m2.
-Main Fabrication Shed Bay 1-1100m2(L55m x W20m x H9m)/ Bay 2-2400m2(L120m x W20m x H9m)/ Bay 3-1950m2(L50m x W30m x H25m)
-Pipe Fabrication Shop- 900m2
