About

Hitotsubashi University is a Japanese national university corporation.
The University's mission is to "develop leaders who will
create intellectual and cultural assets that contribute to building
a free and peaceful Japanese and global political and economic
society," and it has been leading Japan's social science research
and education. In particular, the University has a strong record
of academic research in practical science, such as studies that
contribute to problem resolution and institutional reforms in
the Japanese and global social, economic, and legal systems,
and studies that lead to corporate management innovation. In
addition to contributing to societal improvements, the University
has emphasized on basic and applied research, which are the
foundations of practical science. At the same time, through
