The Stripe & Stare story is one of female founder strength and an unwavering commitment to planting playfulness in sustainable clothes.

Six years of starting conversations all over the world, discovering the best fabrics and meeting reliable producers, finally delivered the foundations of our brand: TENCEL™ Micro Modal. Made sustainably in Austria from Beechwood Trees, the Stripe & Stare fabric is three times softer than cotton, wears better and is just as breathable as fresh air in a forest of responsibly planted trees.

Then in 2017, Stripe & Stare was born. From our brains to your bush, our business is brimming with curiosity, independence and sass. Our knickers, loungewear and sleepwear are for the sustainable shopper who doesn't want to compromise when it comes to style, comfort or sustainability. Our line does the right thing and the smart thing in the most fun and playful way.
