סל השירותים של שרן כולל גם תוכניות תמיכה בשיתוף עם חברות פארמה לחולים המטופלים בתרופות נבחרות, במטרה לספק להם מעטפת כוללת המסייעת להבטיח התמדה בטיפול התרופתי.
מאז הקמתה ב- 2004 על ידי ד"ר איב ביטון ואיילת ביטון, התייצבה שרן כשותפה נאמנה של מערכת הבריאות בישראל: קשובה לצרכים, וערוכה לשינויים.
